We were contacted by Aira in their search for someone to support them in their growth. They needed to quickly expand a tech organisation in a very attractive market, below the radar and without any marketing or brand.

With a team of 2.5 FTE, we had an impressive recruitment rate solely through sourcing since marketing was initially not an option. We recruited within tech and gained extended trust to also recruit within supply chain. We were able to hand out more than 80 offers and hired more than 60 people. Afterwards, we handed over to their own TA:s to continue the work towards becoming leaders in green energy.
