We are responsible for your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

This policy applies to individuals who have contact with Peops Relations AB and visit our website https://www.peopsrelations.com. By accepting our general terms and privacy policy, you allow us to store your data.

We collect information to contact you about upcoming events and training sessions, as well as for customer mailings. We store your name, phone number, company name, role, and email address that you provide in the registration forms on our website. You consent to the collection of personal data when you fill in the form yourself. Only Peops Relations AB has access to your data. Your personal data is stored as long as deemed necessary for the specified purposes, unless you object in writing. If you do not want your data to be processed or wish for it to be deleted, contact us at Peops Relations AB via our contact page or by email at line@peopsrelations.se.

General Terms for Our Events

A confirmation is sent via email to the participant when a registration is recorded. Peops Relations AB reserves the right to change the date and/or delivery format (e.g., digital format) depending on decisions from authorities or other third parties that affect the ability to conduct the training in its original format. In case of an insufficient number of participants, illness of the instructor without a substitute, or changes in venue, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the program. Peops Relations is not responsible for any costs incurred by the participant as a result of these changes.

Cancellation

Registration for a program is binding. If you are unable to attend, this must be notified to us in writing immediately via email at line@peopsrelations.se. The participant's organization has the option to allow another person to use the booked spot (not applicable to courses with fees included, approval must then be granted by Peops Relations beforehand).
