You know that at Peops Relations we have spinning sessions every Friday? Perfect for those who want to expand their network and at the same time keep fit. And you, it's more fun together - so why not bring someone you know?
What is spinning?
Spinning is a form of indoor cycling exercise where participants ride stationary bikes to music and follow the instructions of a trained instructor (our own Line Thomson from Peops Relations). It's a high-intensity, low-impact workout that helps improve cardiovascular health, build strength, and burn calories. This spinning class is around 50 minutes and is suitable for people of all levels. Let the receptionist know you're attending our class and you're good to go!
